Lagree Fitness

Lagree Fitness Journey

I began practicing and teaching Lagree Fitness in 2019 at One Lagree and was immediately drawn to the unique combination of intensity, mindfulness, music, and community that the method creates. What continues to bring me back is the way Lagree allows people to challenge themselves while staying deeply present — creating a space where clients can connect to their bodies, the movement, and the energy of the room around them.

My teaching style has been shaped through thousands of hours of hands-on coaching, continued education, and experience across multiple studios and markets. I began my training at One Lagree, became Level 1 certified through SculptHouse, and later completed additional training while teaching at Transform Colorado, where I further deepened my understanding of the Lagree method and movement coaching. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and yoga trained, both of which continue to influence my approach to alignment, mobility, breath, and sustainable movement practices.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from athletes focused on performance and endurance to older adults, postpartum clients, beginners, and people rebuilding strength or confidence in their bodies. As a male instructor, I also enjoy helping make Lagree feel approachable to a broader range of clients, including men who may not initially see themselves drawn to the method. I’ve taught throughout the DFW area as well as across Colorado, including Dallas, Plano, Denver, and Boulder, and each community has shaped the instructor I am today. I value practical coaching rooted in anatomical awareness, adaptability, and helping people progress steadily over time rather than chasing perfection or extremes.

I’m constantly learning, refining my approach, and drawing from experiences across fitness, psychology, anatomy, and mindfulness practices to create classes that feel intentional, accessible, and genuinely supportive.
