Each session includes:

  • On-site setup and teardown: I drive to your home and fully handle setup and packing of the portable Lagree Microformer — no equipment or prep required on your end.

  • Custom programming: Your routine is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and progress over time. We’ll discuss needs and focus areas during your introductory session.

  • Full instruction & coaching: Hands-on corrections, real-time cueing, and motivational support throughout every movement.

  • Immersive environment: I bring a speaker for music — you can choose from custom playlists or your own favorites.

  • Flexible service area: Available anywhere in the Denver–Boulder metro area.

  • I offer in-home and on-site sessions throughout the Denver and Boulder metro area. Travel outside that zone—such as the high country or mountain towns—is available for an additional fee to cover travel time and equipment transport.

Each setup has unique features, but the same core principles apply: alignment, control, muscular endurance, and mindful movement.
